Turning 30 made me realise how much energy women waste trying to become more acceptable.

That's not a flaw.

My life changed when I stopped chasing what I wanted and started examining what I believed.

I saw something recently that really stayed with me.

“The more healed I become, the less ambitious I feel.”

At first that sounds worrying… but neuroscience actually explains it.
